Our family has been providing transportation to Northern California for many years. We are proud to have long term staff that feel like family and look forward to you becoming a part of our family as well.

Years of Experience

Since 1997 the founders of Spears has been providing non-emergency medical transportation. We started when we saw and filled a need for dialysis patient transport. Since then we have grown to include personal transportation too.

Safety and Hygiene

Your safety is important to us. Our drivers wipe down vehicles after every member’s ride, and they are also sanitized nightly. We wear masks and use hand sanitizer. All of our drivers are CPR and 1st Aid certified.

Why we choose NEMT

One of the founders of Spears originally drove for a dialysis clinic and saw the great need for additional transportation providers. This grew into the current family-owned business that is providing safety and comfort to our passengers in the Northern California area. We are proud to have long term staff that feel like family and look forward to you becoming a part of our family as well.
